Annual General Meeting: Fall Session (Continuation)

CONTINUATION OF THURSDAY NOVEMBER 25TH MEETING.

Unfortunately as we were not able to attain quorum following the lunch break AGM must be postponed as per by-law policy 9. (h) “Thirty (30) members present either in person or by proxy shall form quorum at the annual, or any other meetings of the members of AUSU. If no quorum is present the meeting shall be adjourned until the next regular meeting of the Board.”  As such the meeting will continue at 10AM (EST) December 2nd.
